1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Racin' for a Livin' Sweepstakes at sweeps.jvthundercat.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or enter any sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of JVThunderCat Media LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To enter sweepstakes you must create a free account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others.

4. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person per sweepstakes is permitted. Multiple accounts created by the same person to obtain additional entries will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that person.

5. PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Prizes are provided by JVThunderCat Media LLC or its sponsors. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with prize receipt. JVThunderCat Media LLC is not responsible for prizes lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

6. WINNER OBLIGATIONS
Selected winners must respond to notification within 7 days. Winners must provide a valid United States mailing address for prize delivery. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

7. DISQUALIFICATION
JVThunderCat Media LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it believes has violated these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or acted in an unsportsmanlike manner. Any use of automated entry software or other means to enter more than once will result in immediate disqualification.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on sweeps.jvthundercat.com including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of JVThunderCat Media LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
JVThunderCat Media LLC is not responsible for any technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in any sweepstakes. In no event shall JVThunderCat Media LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
JVThunderCat Media LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any sweepstakes at any time for any reason including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, or events beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, a notice will be posted on the site.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes arising from participation in our sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.
